Status of this document
Educational information, not medical advice
The articles, nutrition tables, recipes and answers on www.3adan.com are for general education. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not take your personal health into account. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about your own situation, and never delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read here.
About our nutrition values
The nutrition figures on this site are reference values for raw kale from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s FoodData Central database. They are not laboratory analyses of 3adan kale. Real values vary with variety, growing conditions, season, storage and preparation. Percentages of Daily Value are given for orientation only. See the values per 100 g.
No food cures or prevents disease
Kale can be part of a varied, balanced diet, but no single food cures, treats or prevents disease. When we mention research — for example on cruciferous vegetables and cancer — we separate laboratory and animal findings from studies in people.
Vitamin K and blood-thinning medicines
Allergies, intolerances and special diets
Each recipe lists the allergens it contains as written, such as gluten, milk, eggs, tree nuts or sesame. Check that information and every product label yourself, especially when you swap ingredients. If you have a food allergy or a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or follow a special diet, seek advice from a qualified professional. Browse the recipes.
