www.3adan.com presents 3adan (عدن), a Lebanese brand of fresh whole kale sold in 250 g bags. It offers information about kale, recipes, preparation tips and ways to contact us. No orders or payments are taken on the site. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

• use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm it or other visitors;
• not try to disrupt the site, get around its spam protection, or send automated or bulk form submissions;
• give accurate information in forms, and not submit someone else’s details without their permission;
• not copy the site’s content in bulk (for example by automated scraping) for commercial use.

The 3adan and عدن names, logo, packaging design, texts, photographs and illustrations on this site belong to 3adan or are used with permission. Please do not use them for commercial purposes, or in a way that suggests a connection with 3adan, without our written permission.

Recipes

Our recipes are for your personal use: cook them at home, print them, and share a link with friends. Please do not republish recipe texts or images elsewhere, or use them commercially, without permission.

We describe our 250 g Fresh Whole Kale as accurately as we can, but we cannot guarantee that it is available in a given place or at a given time, and the site does not list prices. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. To check availability or prices, please ask us on WhatsApp.

Shops on Find 3adan are listed only after we have confirmed them, but stock changes — contact the shop or us before you travel. Our kale is sold unwashed: always wash it thoroughly before use and keep it refrigerated at 0–4 °C.
